Our conference will be held in the city of Gaziantep, an economically developed metropolis with the population of two million. The current situation of this city is a result of series of epic defensive battles, campaigns of overall industrialization, modernization and preservation of local values. Beside being a city of industry, Gaziantep has a wealthy cultural texture with its traditions and cuisine. You can come across many aspects of this texture while you are wandering the streets. It has been part of many civilizations and it has many historical and cultural museums as a result of this. It was also chosen as the “City of Gastronomy” by the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in 2015 because of its world famous cuisine.
